Join us for Coffee Hour

The Bible teaches us that the early Christians gathered together for the Apostles' teaching and fellowship, the breaking of bread, and the prayers (Acts 2:42).  At St. Francis, we strive to model our Sabbath days after this pattern.  The Apostles' teaching, breaking of bread, and prayers are covered during the 8:00 and 10:30 services, and our fellowship is to be had during coffee hour.

After each service we meet in the commons for refreshments and to spend some time with each other.  Christianity is a faith that functions through relationships so we take these opportunities to get to know one another better and to support one another.  Volunteers are always needed to provide snacks and make coffee so please sign up for a Sunday every so often.

God is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship in Spirit and Truth. (John 4:24 NRSV)
